Perfect blend of flour and yeast to craft classic Italian pizzas. Neapolitan style dough has higher gluten content which gives airy, bubbly crusts at high, wood-fire temperatures. Lower temperatures will produce a more traditional New York styles crust. Each package makes two 14″ Neapolitan style crusts.

• Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid), salt and sugar.
