Wusthof Performer 10″ Carver Knife

Wüsthof is the first knife manufacturer to offer black, fully forged, DLC-finished knives. The diamond-like carbon finish was developed to withstand the toughest conditions: the amorphous carbon layer, just a few micrometers thick, increases the surface hardness of the Wüsthof blades from 58 to a unique 104 Rockwell. This makes them resistant to acids, alkalis, extreme temperatures and general wear and tear – even scratches don’t stand a chance. The dynamics of sharp knives are complemented by the slip-resistant Hexagon Power Grip. Chefs love these outstanding knives that sit perfectly in the hand and guarantee complete control, even under the most demanding working conditions. Wüsthof has been producing knives in Solingen – known as a ‘City of Blades’ – since 1814. Excellent quality, sustainable operations and innovative ideas guarantee that the production process is among the most advanced of its kind.
