Ficus retusa is a tropical perennial that is popular amongst bonsai enthusiasts due to its gorgeous aerial roots. In the wild, these trees can grow up to 60 feet tall, but are most commonly pruned into bonsai forms for indoors. Ficus bonsai can live for centuries with proper care.
