Try Royal Batch with your own royal icing recipe or use our proven method:
Whisk 1/3 C Royal Batch Meringue Powder and 2/3 C water until incorporated. Slowly add 2 lbs powdered sugar and beat on low-medium for 1-2 minutes. Icing will become thick and bright white. Thin with water to achieve desired consistency.
1 LB of Royal Batch will make approximately 9-10 batches of royal icing.
